- For International orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

- My goal is that by purchasing my unique handmade items, you are 100% satisfied. If you aren't, then please give me a chance to fix it by contacting me at info@ayobeboutique.com.

- You must contact me within 5 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be shipped back to me (unless otherwise agreed to in writing) within 7 days of delivery.
Exception:
- Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
* Tube tops or diaper covers

* Custom or personalized orders
* Digital downloads
* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
* Items on sale

* Reduced price items

Custom and Personalized Orders:

If you are interested in a custom order (different size of an existing style), please contact info@ayobeboutique.com and we can discuss the details.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging:

If an item is a gift, please include details such as the name of recipient and if it is for a boy or a girl or both.
Gift wrapping and packaging is available for an additional flat fee of $5. Please email info@ayobeboutique.com if you need anything additional added to your gift package.

Wholesale Availability:

Since these items are handmade by me, I limit bulk orders to 50 per order.
Items being ordered are NOT for resale. I will be happy to discuss resale options if necessary but re-selling items without prior authorization is STRICTLY prohibited and may involve legal action.

Every item I list is handmade/handpicked by me Just for You. Since we are a small business just starting up, I'm trying to build my customer base. These items are all already deeply discounted to give you a chance to fall in love with these beautiful handmade pieces.
